Salami Tramezzini Rolls - Recipe
A really tasty idea for an original finger food. Salami Tramezzini rolls will surprise you with their strong and yummy flavor. Perfect as small bites to serve as appetizers.

Cut the crusts off all the bread slices. Using a rolling pin reduce the bread to a very thin layer.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side of the bread slice. Add one or two slices of Salami and another layer of mayonnaise.
Slowly roll the bread slice to obtain a tight roll.
Wrap the rolls in a moistened dishcloth and put it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
Before serving cut each roll in 1 inch pieces.
The most the rolls stay in the fridge the tastier they become.
