For the marinate:
In a large plate, lay the sliced roast beef in a single layer, add oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice on top. Let rest for 20 minutes to marinate.
For the Sauce:
In the meantime, put the drained tuna, the capers, the olives and the mayonnaise in a food processor and blend until you obtain a creamy, beige colored, sauce. Refrigerate if needed.
For each sandwich:
Cut the ciabatta breads in two halves and slightly toast each side of the bread.
Add some arugula.
Lay 2 slices of roast beef and cover with abundant tuna sauce previously prepared.
Cover with the sliced lime and serve.
